Smart Design

The building facade is a combination of punched and ribbon windows set in precast. Architectural precast panels have a smooth limestone look with a lightly sandblasted finish. Aluminum window systems are a pressure equalized, thermally-improved system with multi-story, vertical expanses and single-story, horizontal expanses. The parking structure attached to the building has precast and glazing treatment similar to that of the office building.

The building’s floor plate is an efficient 28,388 square foot rectangular design.  Combined with an impressive 12-foot 6-inch slab to slab (9-foot finished) ceiling height, tenants will benefit from an open feeling environment with an abundance of natural light and up to 8 corner offices per floor.
